Horizon Pest Control

We had problems with termites and cicada killer bees. Horizon took care of both issues quickly and effectively. Their staff was professional and prompt. I recommend them to anyone.

The team at Horizon really came to the rescue for me! We have a dog that picked up some fleas a week before I was expected to deliver our first baby… bad timing to say the least! I called Horizon and they scheduled an appointment for the next day to spray the outside of my house to take care of fleas, ticks, etc. It was so easy to make an appt, special thanks to Nicole in Client Services who put me at ease and helped figure out the best attack plan (not to mention calm me down when I was a very pregnant mess). Horizon showed up the next day, prompt, super friendly and confident they would be able to help us out… thanks to Anthony for doing an outstanding job! We haven’t seen any fleas or anything that could come in on the dog so all is well now. I definitely plan to use Horizon on a regular basis to keep up with seasons and all the unwanted outdoor critters! Thanks to Mike and his team at Horizon… highly recommend for peace of mind!

Not sure if they are over-​worked, scammers, discriminatory or all of the above. We contracted them to help us with raccoons in our attic in March 2014. They placed several traps outside and caught some. Then they continued to place traps outside and also inside saying that if they closed the roof and an animal was trapped then it would make a hole through our house. Now it is June end, they still have their traps outside and after several phone calls, no one has taken the tarps out. The food inside has fungus and it is rotting. They told us they would close the roof and place a final trap inside. However when the roofing guy came, he simply closed everything, placed a one way tunnel (in the wrong spot) and left. when I called the supervisor yelled at me and said nature would take care of things and the animal would get out. Now I hear the animal scratching and trying to get out with no way to leave. I am afraid we might have a dead raccoon. I have called Horizon. They said someone would come to our house to close and re-​position the one way tunnel. between 12 –3 — It is 3:30 and no one is here yet. Also the cages are still outside and nobody seems to be coming to get them. The supervisor refuses to send the animal control guy as well. They are very poor communicators, unprofessional and I do not think they did a good job.

Had Horizon out this weekend to inspect some ant near my home. They are a solid operation. I can tell right off the bat they are very thorough and get the job done.
