American Laser Med Spa

I had been receiving laser hair removal with them. Due to my career I moved to Dallas. However every 8 weeks I was going to my appointments (it’s expensive so I didn’t want to discontinue the treatment and lose services I had paid for). This last time was a disaster! They called me minutes before my appointment to cancel because they had someone call in. They didn’t even attempt to schedule me that day at a later time. I told the lady that I had driven 5 hours and stayed at a hotel. My only reason to be in midland was for that appointment. The receptionist said nothing could be done but that the corporate manager would contact me within 30 minutes, needless to say she didn’t contact me and it’s been days. Today I called again and requested the phone number… Left voice mail and still no courtesy phone call. Yes it’s very UPSETTING that I drove 5 hrs, and that they canceled my appointment minutes before it was scheduled and the manager has NOT contacted me! Horrible customer service!

I had no issues with American Laser Med Spa when Jessica was still working there but since she has left this place has quickly gone downhill. The girls working there now lack experience, professionalism, and customer service skills. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. I would suggest going somewhere else for any cosmetic procedures. This place is not worth your time, money, energy or effort. I will be terminating my business with them. I hope this office can find some ladies with a little class and more training to help it run smoothly. Jessica was amazing and I can’t be the only one missing her.
