Belle Tire

I’ve found the Management and techs will go out of their way to satisfy the customer if he/​she is realistic in expectation. Thus far I have enjoyed the service and followup from Belle Tire. They may not always get it right but more than willing to correct any wrong. Part of being human. Good Job to all of you.

They have free nitrogen for tires during business hours, the guy at the counter even gave me a free green cap to replace the one I was missing. No comments on their repairs/​auto work because didn’t have any done, but their customer service is wonderful.

Maybe buy tires from them but their mechanics are the WORST I have ever seen. Needed to have the car repaired while I was in the hospital wife took it to them to be fixed. They replaced a front wheel bearing hub assembly when the CV joint needed to be replaced. They used cheap inferior parts but charged full blown good part price. Their «repair» caused more damage to my car than it had to begin.
When I got out of the hospital I went to find out why my car was not repaired correctly, was given a line of lies and incompetence. My wife requested at the time of the repair that the old part removed be put in the trunk. They did not do this. When I asked for the part they took off my car they gave me some bearing hub assembly off of another car that was not even the same make as mine, and told me it was removed off my car. The part was clearly not off my car. When I got well enough I found other problems with my car that was due to their ignorance and incompetence.
I will not waste my time or money there ever again. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste yours either.
Midland Belle Tire is one of the worst places I have ever encountered for auto repairs.
