We purchased furniture that cost several thousand dollars. Bob Mills missed the delivery date and did not even call to say it was going to be late. Once the furniture was received three of the six pieces are defective. We keep getting passed around from person to person and no one will help us. One manager said he was not allowed to be involved any more. We can’t even sit on the sofa that was purchased because it is defective to the point that it is damaging our hard wood floors. We have contacted the local general manager and the manager of their«customer service center» and they don’t return calls even though they say they will look into it and call back.

Great selection, fast availability and easy pickup. My first visit, I pointed out that another business advertised the same piece for less, and the saleswoman got her manager to approve a price match. I have found a lot of things there that I liked, and they are commission-free, which makes the sales people a lot more relaxed and less aggressive. I would recommend this place.
