Buffalo Wild Wings

This still makes me sad. This place is something designed for me to love, and yet the one in Midland is not safe to eat at. I know, I worked their briefly. I love them when I travel, and still stop in occasionally to sit and drink a beer and watch sports, but I wouldn’t eat there.
I worked in the food service industry for over 3 decades, I have seen things you would only believe if you have also done so. What I saw here made me call the health department on my own employer and quit. Food pulled from the dumpster after hours in the hot summer sun and cooked and served. Chicken wings so spoiled they were green, not just a little, soaked in bleach-​water to reduce the smell, cooked and served.
Sexual harassment, management shaking down servers and bartenders for part of their tips in order to get good shifts and sections. Every bad an unprofessional thing you could imagine went on there. Despite this good people try hard to give you good food and service, but the management there is the worst I saw anywhere in my entire working life.

This is a pretty popular place here in Midland. Being a chain you can’t really go wrong with the place. My only concern is that the waiter needs more training in customer service. Overall great place to go with friends.

Jesus Christ they can’t pour a full beer here. Fish tacos were good. How about a full beer!!!

What more can I say? We love this place! The fried pickles are delicious, and their sauces are delectable! We love the boneless wings, and my children love the mini corn dogs! This place was just remodeled in 2014 and boasts a new outdoor seating area! The staff is very nice also!
