These folks have been my mechanic for over ten years, always straight up with me, always getting my vehicles on the road when promised. If they find something else that needs attention they call first with cost. Every time I have picked up my ride after they have it ready its been at or below the estimate I was quoted. And if it’s something that another shop would be better equipped to do Xavier will pont me the right way.

What can I say these guys are honest mechanics in a dishonest town. Very busy but they will get you in within a day or two. They’re prices are the best and their work is of the best quality.

The dreaded check engine light came on about a week ago. I learned of Carrillo’s from my roommate who’s mother had taken her vehicle in. From the very beginning the customer service was great. I arrived and noticed that the parking lot was pretty busy so I figured I was going to be there a while but that wasn’t the case.
I told the mechanic the problem and left my car. I was called, the next day, was told the problem, and was given an estimate which was a fraction of what I expected. It’s nice to deal with people who can put you at ease and give great customer service. I’ll def will be going back…
(I found out that these guys do no advertisement and all their business is through word of mouth, and I know why)

Exceptional service and didnt try to push an expensive part on us that the car could do without. Prompt, courteous nice crew and it didnt cost and arm and a leg to get the engine and air conditioning fixed. Definitely go to Carrillo’s for all your car repairs!

I would recommend Carrillo’s as the best general mechanic shop in the area. We have taken all of our vehicles from a ’78 Mercury Grand Marquis to a 2002 Ford Escort here for repair and the work has always been done right. They can do the bigger problems like replacing a clutch or an engine. Xavier Carrillo and his staff are very friendly and professional. I have had friends who had very difficult-​to-​fix problems which other repair shops couldn’t figure out take the car to Carrillo’s and he found what was wrong and it didn’t act up again.
