What a great place. My husband and I stopped for dinner on a whim. We were so very pleased. The Clubbin’ in Versailles was delicious. We shared a strawberry cheesecake crêpe for dessert. The gentleman who owns the place was the only staff. He was very personable and did a great job. We’ll be back again! Update June 4, 2016 — Disappointing! We came back because of the great food and atmosphere last time. Still fabulous food. That’s not their problem. The tables were dirty, napkin dispensers were empty, water dispenser was empty as were their coffee carafes. There was one young lady doing the order taking, and not much else. It was obvious she was at capacity. One gal was making the crepes and another woman going between the food prep area and the back. They were steady but not slammed. Outside tables had some people but the disarray was clear there, too. The bus tray was overflowing leaving folks with no where to put their dirty dishes and utensils. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. Would have been fine if it was because they were extremely busy. Unfortunately the order taker mixed up the tickets so the cook was left to guess the order placement. Again, delicious food that is served in a subpar environment. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Absolutely love this place! The interior is so cozy and feels like a coffee shop in any major city or even Paris! The cashier and cooks were super sweet and fun to talk to. Went there last week and ordered a Mediterranean crêpe. The wait time was a bit long(20 – 25 minutes) around noon so I ran some errands after placing my order. When I came back they had it waiting for me in a to go box and were more than happy to put it on a plate and real silverware. Cooked perfectly and so fun to eat. I loved sitting outside and people watching. It was such a delightful break from the office and I can’t wait to go back!

Heard great things about this place, and I have not been disappointed. My wife and I ordered the Alexander the Crêpe as lunch and Berry Cheese crêpe for a dessert. They offered to split them for us, and even staggered the delivery! Crepes themselves are very tender. Cut with fork. Coffee is great. Ambiance is very hip. Well worth the trip and money.

Love, love, love Crepes Et Amis. Great food, great coffee, great service. I wish I pick them up and move them to northeast Ohio! I was in Midland for work and ended up having three crepes over two days! The owner and other employees are super friendly and very willing to chat with a couple co-workers on the road. The first day, I had the Wilbur’s Salutation — a breakfast crêpe with eggs, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, cheddar and a spicy mayo. It was delicious! I just couldn’t leave without trying dessert, so I took a Banberry crêpe to go — it has nutella, bananas and strawberries. It was ah-mazing! The next morning, I asked my co-worker if we could eat at Crepes Et Ami again. I tried the Good Morning Paris, but substituted bacon in place of ham. It was tasty — with brown sugar adding a nice sweetness to the bacon, swiss cheese and eggs. They also serve Narrativality Artisan Coffee Roasters, from nearby Mt. Pleasant, MI. It’s very smooth, yummy coffee. I had a cappuccino the first morning and plain coffee the second. Perfect way to start the day. If you live in or are visiting Midland, I highly recommend you check out Crepes Et Ami.

Stumbled upon this delightful spot on a recent visit to Midland. The crepes, both savory and sweet, were outstanding and there were many delicious-looking choices of both varieties. My only suggestion would be some mesclun tossed with a simple Dijon vinaigrette served along side the savory crepes to further authenticate the meal. And, maybe a splash of wine to wash it all down. Look forward to returning.

We returned here for a late breakfast and were very disappointed by the quality of the food and by the lackadaisical service. Even though the place was nearly empty, our initial server acted as if our presence was a bother. Our crepes were dry and tough, and my partner’s order was prepared incorrectly.(The person who served us this time was nice, and very apologetic.) I was also surprised that the menu had not seemed to have changed at all between our visits. The only bright spot in our meal was the coffee, which is locally roasted and is very good. I don’t think we will be back, though… just an underwhelming experience.

A lovely café with a great atmosphere and delicious crepes. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the crepes are worth the little extra wait if the place is busy, which tends to happen frequently around lunch time. Highly recommend trying The Classic, Good Morning Paris, or even the Edmond Dantes, for a more substantial crêpe. Certainly one of the highlights of Downtown Midland.

I’ve been to Paris and I live in Copenhagen where crepes are popular and widely available, so you can trust me when I say these are good! While I was ordering I watched as a lady tended to three crepes on the cooktop and the café was pretty busy. Knowing that they were making the dish from scratch, I was prepared for the 15 – 20 minute wait for my Bleu Collar($ 8?). It contains spinach, bleu cheese, cranberries, chipotle, and roast beef. They were unfortunately out of roast beef at that point so I asked them to throw in some ham and bacon instead. Although it was a lot of ingredients, it worked wonderfully together. This is a great choice for lunch with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. What earns it the fifth star? All the crêpe puns on the menu and in the café!

I arrived expecting to have a french crêpe and I end up being surprised by a delicious naan wrap creation. The menu changes everyday which is wonderful. Ideal place for lunch and if the weather collaborates I would suggest to eat it by the river! I am glad I tried!

The atmosphere is amazing the moment you walk in. Unique and different for the area. Friendly staff, and of course amazing food. The wait can be a smidge long sometimes but it’s worth it for the quality of great good.

Not since Montréal years have I had such excellent crepes with such a great selection on the menu. While crepes were excellent, the coffee wasn’t quite up to Montréal standards but still passable. Ambience was very much a reminder of the wonderful bistros in Old Town.

Midland became a better place when Crepes et Amis opened up its doors a few months ago. This is more than crepes done right. This is the whole package! I wouldn’t mind eating here everyday. Weather permitting, stay outside and enjoy your crêpe al fresco. Kudos to Brandon and his wonderful team! If only they had espresso.

Let me start off by saying, I love Crepes. And this is a pretty good setting for a crêpe restaurant. Service is very friendly which is very pleasant. You can eat inside or outside on a nice day. But to be honest the menu was quite limited and not too creative. The Crêpe itself was prepared nicely(not too soggy) but not special either. There’s potential here but they need to branch out a bit in my opinion. This place is worth going to(more for desert) but don’t expect to have your socks knocked off just yet. Also would be nice to have a bag of chips with the lunch items or another side. I’ll be back to see how it develops over time. My suggestion is tour some big city creperies and get some additional ideas!

Crepes are good. We had three different types and all were all delicious(3 crepes for $ 22). Vibe is scattered; not quite coherent. Staff tries hard to please. A bit disorganized. But this is a new business.

Such a great addition to downtown Midland! My wife and I ate here for the first time for breakfast and loved it. Portions are big, food is delicious and prices are very reasonable… what more could you ask for? Will be back many more times!

My fiancé and I came here today for our first crêpe experience, and it’s was beyond what we expected! The atmosphere was laid back, the guys working were hilarious and extremely friendly, and the food was delicious! It looks like we have a new addiction to say the least!

Great cute little restaurant in downtown Midland. Nice ambiance and décor, friendly staff, easy card payment. They need to figure out how to reduce the smoke from the kitchen. Here I had the biggest crêpe I’ve ever had which many might enjoy. Personally, I can do with a little smaller one. They offer coffee.

Excellent service and great atmosphere. We came on a Saturday and spilt the Caprese and the strawberry cheese crêpe for dessert. We ordered them all at once and it was too much food for two people! We ended up taking dessert to go! Latte was DELISH made the right way with a bit of foamed milk at the top.
