I have been coming here for a few years. Sadly, I think the place is going downhill. I have had to wait 15 — 20 min for almost all of my appointments in the past few months. My time is important too! Esp when someone is waiting for you or you are on your lunch hour. There is also a huge turnover in staff. If you can stick with a good girl you are lucky! The wax pass isn’t as cheap as it used to be either.

I got my first brazilian wax there and it was an okay experience. It wasnt a bad experience but it wasnt the best one either. The receptionist were really nice. My waxer was really quick and she finished up before i knew it. I wouldve gave it five stars but even though she was quick i felt like she was rushing it because when i got home i saw she left a few small patches of hair that couldve been waxed. And If its your first time getting a wax, expect that it will hurt the most the first time. Just breathe, it helps. And everyone has different pain tolerences. I do recommend buying the in-​grown hair serum, it works so well and soothes your skin.

Good service — but they are constantly going through employees so it is hard to stick with someone once you find someone you like. Their unlimited pass is what has kept me there though. Can’t beat the deal!

I have been going here for about a year and usually have a great experience. However that was not the case this past Sunday. I had my face and a Brazilian and it was the most painful experience ever! The waxer was obviously rushing through the appointment was paying no attention to what she was doing. I left with patches of hair all over my face and bikini area and so much wax still on me I could barely walk. Most times when I go for this appointment it takes about an average of one hour and 15 minutes and is not painful at all with the waxer using tweezers to make sure the areas are complete and a thorough job has been done. This time I was done in about 30 minutes and leaving in tears with wax and hair all over me. Will have to think long and hard before I go back.

I’ve been a few times and had pleasant experiences, this last time not so much. The wax was tacky which made the experience painful. Aesthetician not apologetic needless to say she won’t touch me again I believe her name was Yami or something close.

I’ve been to this location 2 times. I had the same waxer both times, was super nice and friendly. I’d keep going here had I not moved away. It is among the best priced waxing places and convenient, especially in a small town like Midland. I gave it 4 stars because every time I’ve been in the waiting area the front desk staff are always talking about inappropriate things, but this just seems to be the case at most locations because they do the same thing in CA.

As a travel nurse I’ve been to a couple other European wax centers. This one has not been a pleasant one. Horrible experience and bad bikini wax twice. Called manager and never received a call back. Not sure if the 2 different times i had newly licensed people or not but I will not be going back despite having prepaid sessions. I’ll wait until I’m in another area.

I just moved from California where I had access to the top of the line waxing salon called Pink Cheeks. I was nervous going to someplace and someone new.
I decides to give EWC a try since it had really great reviews and they use hard wax. Mandy did my Brazilian the first time I went and I was wonderful! The next time someone else did it and it did sting a little but despite using a topical numbing agent.
I highly recommended going to Mandy at EWC, especially if you have a low pain tolerance. I have a high pain tolerance fyi and when I used anyone else it hurt.
Also you might want to check out PFB Topical Anesthetic. Apply it 10 – 15 minutes before you wax and it will take that sting out. It has 5% lidocaine which is the max OTC.
If your a beginner the worst part is the anticipation of the pain not the actual pain. Also look for an exfoliating brush. It has a wooden paddle, not sure what the bristles are made of but it helps to prevent ingrown’s. I haven’t had one since I started using it. Use it 2 days after you wax and use soap with it. Then use the EWC gel/​cream that prevents ingrown’s.
Also, to help with the pain prior to waxing don’t have anything acidic and no caffeine and take some ibuprofen about 20 min before you go in!

Best and least painful waxes in town! I’ve been going here almost since they opened. I’ve used almost every girl there and they just keep getting better. The customer service is flawless! I have to change my appointments often and sometimes at the last minute and they are always very accommodating to my schedule. I have the unlimited pass so I can go however many times I want (with the same service). What a deal!

Best. Wax. Ever!!! The wax specialists are truly great at what they do. However-​a few of the front desk staff need to find different jobs. I’d give it 5 stars but the attitude up front lowers the rating. Gossiping about guests AND coworkers in the presence of guests is unprofessional. Rudeness in general from one young girl who works there is the biggest reason is avoid it. Don’t expect a response from management should an issue arise. However if you can overlook the craptastic attitude, the waxing is great.

I love this place. I had my underarms and a brazilian done. My mom and I saw this place a wondered what it was. So we stopped in. We asked to get some waxing done and told the lady what we need. We were able to get in within a half hour and the first visit a few of the waxes are free. I had my underarms and a brazilian. The underarms was free and the brazilian was half off. Normally for the brazilian I would need my no scream cream. I was a little afraid to have it done without. Let me tell you, it barely hurt. I was really shocked. I was just a little tender, and let me tell you, a little. Usually after a brazilian I have to go home put on my most comfortable sweatpants and relax for awhile and wait for the tenderness to go away. Not with this place and the wax they use.
I HIGHLY recommend this place. I also like the fact that you can get a membership with unlimited waxes in a year. 13 months actually. They give you a month free. I will definitely be going back to this place.

This is my second Brazilan ever and they did an excellent job, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was really cool that they give a 50% discount for your first time! The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that when she was through she left little bits of wax and there was nothing to clean it up with. Since I have to drive 15 miles to Midland I was left having sticky spots that pulled until and could get home & I had a few things to get done in Midland before going home. I will be a repeat customer, I will just make sure to take baby wipes or such.
