Garbage… No running water. Conditions so bad, people just don’t pay rent until living conditions are acceptable. I guess good place to save a month or two rent pay. Management will constantly lie and cheat to charge you more money. Stay away. Trust me. Laundry looks like Hiroshima at the end of 1945. Management will say someone else is in charge of that but will collect rent. STAY AWAY OR PAY THE CONSEQUENCES. you have been warned. Problems are endless.

This place does not pay there bills we had a contract it’s 200 days late they keep giving me excuse after excuse I’m now suing them to get my money or I’ll have a lean on the property it’s sad that people pay 1000 to 1500 hundred a month but they can’t pay me 2300 for a side walk job that they signed off on so how many others have been cheeted
