I had a poor experience at Chamilia Retailer in Burlington, VT so I posted a review on both Unilocal and Chamilia’s Facebook page. I never heard from Chamilia which was pretty sad however Gems by Em out of Michigan contacted me and offered to help. The customer service was superb and Lahren was AMAZING! She took care of the issue like a champ. I hope Chamilia knows what an outstanding representative they have in Gems by Em and especially Lahren. They have definitely earned the business of myself and my family. I highly recommend! Thank you Gems by Em!!!
