Best food in the mall. I rarely eat anything else there except Fudds. The turkey wraps are my favorite when pared with one of the flavored lemonades. The staff are awesome workers at this fine establishment.

This was my first time coming to this place and held it in high regards with the reviews of other people. Unfortunately my entire experience was ruined by a man named Sergio. I ordered a calzon special and while I waited, asked about a free slice of pizza for checking in. Sergio almost immediately ACCUSED me of being there before and using this coupon before to get a free slice. He claimed that he saw me earlier using this same coupon to get a free slice. I am writing in disbelief and hope that a manager sees this and addresses how his employees engage customers. Completely unprofessional!!! Edit: Apparently Sergio is the STOREMANAGER. Either that or he is lying. Either way, this place needs to find new people to run their business.

This little pizza shop at the mall had very good calzones… they have them pre-made and then heat them up in the pizza oven when you order. The service is very fast and the calzones taste like they are freshly baked and are good and hot. I got some pasta salad too which was fresh and tasty. If they have a special listed on their board make sure to tell them as you are ordering. I did not ask for the special at first, figuring they would ring it up this way by default, but they charged«a la carte» pricing for the calzone and drink. When I asked about the special after they had totaled the order they did then reduce the price.

The pizza here is delicious, but the customer service on my one visit here was somewhat lacking. I ordered 6 pieces of pizza, and all were stacked on top of one another in a single box. When I asked for a second box, the staff gave me one that was only large enough for a single slice and then preceded to ignore my requests for a large enough container to hold my pizza without crushing it and sticking it together. Literally ignoring me entirely and not answering at all, even when I offered to pay extra for an additional container. I really wasn’t trying to be unreasonable, and I apologize if I gave that impression, but it didn’t seem like a huge request from my point of view.

I was devastated when Luca Pizza closed. Their Pizza was the best. Service, not so much. So when I saw this new place open up I thought, «great some chain pizza place with crappy pizza.» This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ve been pleased both times. Pizza is great. Prices are great. Service is great. I only give this place one suggestion, leave the pizza in the oven a little bit longer so the pepperoni is cooked a little but more. Other than that, great job.

Went to Midland mall Friday and where the old Luca pizza was is a new place called Luciano. I’ve been to Luciano’s several times when I lived in San Antonio and I’m thrilled to see them here in Midland. It was their first day open and the place was packed, but I wanted to give them a try. Like I expected, the pizza was GREAT. I got the meat lovers slice of pizza and my wife got the lasagna. Her meal was just as good. The prices were very reasonable and the service was outstanding. It’s about time Midland got a place that serves REAL quality Italian food.
