Sadly, this location has declined steeply in the last year or so. Despite having lots of staff behind the counter, it can be difficult to get service either inside or in the drive-thru. Staff sometimes seem quite harried, and there is a definite attitude from some. Recently ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese, got it home and found it had no onion or condiments whatever. Took it back and they made it right, but come on — you don’t know how to make a QP?

Now with extra phlegm. McDonald’s food isn’t appetizing to begin with, but having people coughing all over your food as they make it doesn’t help. The inept shift manager just stood there watching as I voiced my concerns. I wound up throwing the food away and went down the street to the next crappy food joint. Midland seems to have a lot of options; this store should not be one of them.
