Horrible, horrible place. Took my Yorkie there 1 time in good health, picked her up and she was in such pain. They clipper burned her private parts (bleeding) really bad, ended up at the vet to get antibiotics and pain meds. Wish I could give them 100 negative stars. Never never again!

I have used Pet Tech for 4 years. I have been pleased with their service. My dog really likes going to Pet Tech, she becomes excited as I pull up and runs to the door to get in. The help is always very friendly, while patting her and talking to her as I hand her off. We have never found any nicks or cuts on her body.

DO NOT take your pet here. I have taken my dog, a minature poodle, here several times. He is a good dog and he has not had issues at any other place, he always comes back with a good report.
The first time Pet Techs butchered my dog, he came home with an inch long gash right about his private part. They did not tell me that he had that. I discovered it when it got blood on my shirt. I called and asked them what happened and they said he wiggled. They should have told me about it when I picked him up.
The second time we took him, he came home and everything appeared to be fine. Me and my husband went to a movie and came home to blood everywhere. They had cut two of his nails too short. They must have stopped the bleeding while he was still at Pet Techs and it started bleeding again when he get home.
I will never take my dog here again. They are careless.
