I have only ever had positive experiences with staff here. They took their time to answer my questions and were very informative

Recently had an appt to talk about getting some «work» done. Had a painful but well done tummy tuck done a few years ago (pay extra to get your ‘flanks’ done at the same time or you will have fat left on each side!). The one star is for that experience only.
Office staff were nice last time, but this time they were all as frosty as the waiting room AC! Impatient, unfriendly, felt unwelcome n disliked! Just a strange vibe there this time.
Dr Morris is quiet n doesn’t like to spend much time, look at people closely, much less touch your face, but Paula, the money lady, is the real bad news – she is LOUD, rude, uncaring, pushy, and seems like she wants to just scold, like she’s displeased or something… It was a strange experience!
No smiles, no welcome, just hostility… I don’t know what – or if – I did something wrong to get that kind of treatment?! For over $ 10k for the surgery I was contemplating you’d think they’d make at least some effort to be nice…
Definitely will not be going there again for anything…
