First tech was late to install, and just decided to leave. Second never came. Third didn’t know how to correctly install. Customer service must have to be rude to qualify to work there. On demand does not work, our free hbo has never appeared, tivo will not record any shows. Cancelling very soon.

This should only be an Internet service because that’s all that suddenlink is good for. They cancelled common channels like ‘Comedy Central’ and when my boyfriend tried to call and complain their reasoning was that ‘people didn’t really watch it enough’… I find that very hard to believe. Their internet is very fast and usually reliable. But their on demand service is always hit and miss. More often than not the show I want to watch is «currently unavailable»…

Internet drops daily. Customer service is okay. They charge you $ 40 for a service call though, even if the issue is their fault. So beware if they suggest sending a service tech over.
