Mediocre pizza and rude staff. I gave this place a second chance today and wish I hadn’t. I ordered two slices and a drink. Guy who took my order was rude, and they left my food on top of oven for at least 10 minutes even though I was waiting right by the counter. The pizza is so bland and barely had any cheese. Overpriced as well, 8 bucks for two slices? I should’ve went to dominos. Avoid this place and take a trip downtown to Mary Angelas, you won’t be disappointed there. Trust me, its worth the ride.

I haven’t visited here in a few years, and I couldn’t remember why. They have done a lot of work on the place! The added a lot more space, but it feels the opposite! I felt very cramped! They have squeezed as many tables as possible and added a bar. The food is pretty good and Cannolies get me every single time! Portion size is pretty decent as well! Our waitress was awesome! She stayed on top of our table, keeping our drinks full, collecting dishes we were finished with, and making sure we were all good. But, not too much though. Just right! Overall, good food, well taken care of, good time! Just smooshy. I couldn’t remember why we stopped visiting here. Then the bill came. My parents were with me, so all I ended up with on my tab was cheese sticks, a coffee, and a cannoli. My bill was over $ 15! Before tip! Needless to say, I remembered why we haven’t visited much.

Solid Italian restaurant, last time we had the toasted ravioli appetizer, stuffed manicotti, and eggplant parm, all served hot and tasty, portions big enough we end up with a go box every time. DH goes regularly for the 2-slice pizza lunch, at $ 6.95 plus a drink, it’s one of the few places that he can lunch for $ 10(before tip). The pizza is crisp crust(but not thin cracker crust) good New York style, fold it if you want. The dining room has been thoroughly updated over the last couple years, opening up the entry way which was badly needed, adding a separate bar area, and expanding into the space next door, for a big increase in seating space. The atmosphere is classic Italian bar/restaurant, with of course murals of Italian scenes and nostalgia, but nicely done. The majority of seating is in padded booths — which we always prefer — with a few tables. Wait staff have always been helpful and attentive.

I’ve been going here for years. No more. To much competition around to deal with their nonsense. 35 $ for 8 stuffed shells and meatballs. I didn’t ask for lunch specifically so they assumed I wanted dinner which was served with Wilted iceberg lettuce salad. Save your money. Wish I did!

One of the best Italian Restaurants around. The prices are competitive and the Pizza is the Best. The staff work great together and provide excellent service. Has a large variety of beer taps and imported beer. Highly recommended!

I can’t believe the good reviews this place has! I went there with a group today and was very dissatisfied. I got the soup and salad combo and the minestrone was clearly from a can(progresso?) the salad was mostly iceberg. Someone at the table ordered extra toppings on her pizza slice and when it came out it was OBVIOUSLY just canned mushrooms plopped on top of already cooked pepperoni pizza. GROSS.

Entering the restaurant right by the cash register where customers have to pay because the waitstaff doesn’t do the checks isn’t really the best layout. Also, if you want a small side salad in place of another side, that will cost you $ 2.50. Host/wait staff wasn’t that friendly either. Food was also kinda pricey considering.

Been coming here since we were kids, after every baseball game we came to get pizza. Now we come here for my brothers wedding rehearsal dinner. Having a place that has been a family favorite for 15+ years is amazing. Like always the food is delicious and the service was great.

Just stopped here for dinner with 30 parents and girls after a lacrosse game. The waitress we had was one of the best ever — we want separate checks even though we weren’t sitting with our girls. She handled like a pro. The food was excellent also — from pizza to sandwiches to pasta. We live in Seattle but the next time I am in this area I will come back! Highly recommend.

Best pizza, pastas, and environment. Great for large groups. They also have a party room to host group meals. Also like beer and wine service

I love this place. The food is good, especially the pizza. The people and the service are great. It’s a place that I can stop in by myself and feel comfortable as well as a place I’m happy to bring my kids. It has the local family restaurant feel that I missed since leaving NY.

Outstanding! Right around the corner, but I’d gladly drive ½ hour to get there. Delicious food. Nice selection of specials. Great prices. Big time shout out to our server, Mariah! Best server we have had anywhere in a long time. She was fun, super friendly and really enhanced our experience at Anna’s. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough. This was our first visit, but will surely be the first of many!

Good food still after 25 years. Had the pizza steak and brought ½ home. Gotta remember to go back because it’s a nice family atmosphere.

Tried the lasagna and chicken Parmesan. Both were good and would get again. The salad is blah and I was a bit surprised they didn’t have a Caesar salad as an option. The remodel is nice too, but unfortunately no money was directed towards the bathrooms. That’s the only reason I deducted one star.

Anna’s is good. The décor isn’t that nice; however, they’ve improved from before. I had the fried zucchini and it was pretty good. I also ate the spaghetti with mushroom sauce. The sauce was burnt. Their mushroom sauce is a mix of a marinara sauce and mushrooms. It came with bread that was tasteless. It also came with a salad that was great. They make their minestrone soup but apparently don’t make their chicken noodle soup. I don’t know why they wouldn’t make their own soup. I’d probably come back.

This is a local family owned Italian spot worthy of a visit. The pizza is good. I’ve ah better and I’ve had worse. The service is ok, but again it’s a small family business so there’s usually only 1 or 2 servers working. The pizza is all I’ve really tried here. It’s definitely a good family night out type place.

The food is not all that great nor the service. The pizza and wings are just okay. It was definitely not worth the $ 30 bucks my wife and I spent there for 2 pizzas and wings to last us for a snowed in couple of days. Will not be going back.

We were pleasantly surprised by Anna’s! Restaurant has a nice atmosphere for a strip mall. We started with the garlic knots… Tasted good but could have used more garlic. Husband had the pepperoni pizza and I tried the white pizza… Both were delicious! Husband also tried one of the local beers that Anna’s carries. Ended dinner with the chocolate peanut butter pie that was good!

On the curb, just outside of a beauty supply store, looms a large Italian chef. Sporting a blue and white checked chef’s coat and red bandana, the chef is compelled for all time to greet each visitor with a hearty thumbs-up. I pat his plaster shoulder for good luck as I walk through the double doors to pick up my order. Joe is behind the register, and calls to me as I cross the threshold. «Hey! Good to see ya. Pepperoni, yeah?» A natural smile is playing softly on his face and he pulls my pizza box off the large oven behind him. He is jovial and kind; I feel at ease in this dimly lit corridor as I hand over my card. The large one-topping rings up to $ 14.45 plus tax and will serve my hungry brood of four — most nights with a slice to spare. The drool-inducing essence of the pie wafts from the counter top to my olfactory glands as I wait on the receipt to print. Having picked up this exact order every Thursday for the last year and a half, I know exactly what is awaiting my taste buds when I get home. I know that the beet red sauce will satisfy my competing needs for savory and sweet. I know that the real melted cheeses will stretch and ooze to my heart’s content. I know that the crust will be an indescribable blend of crisp and chew and that I will throw nary a bite of it to the dogs. Sorry, canines. This one is momma’s. Food: 4 out of 5 Staff: 4 out of 5 Ambience/Cleanliness: 4 out of 5 Overall: 5 out of 5. You’d think with all those 4’s, this would be an obvious 4. But emotional ties will make all the difference, won’t they?
