Buffalo Wild Wings

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But the last time I went to this one I got food poisoning — ended up with a huge emergency room bill and a week out of work. This one bww has turned me off of all of them for good. I’ll miss your tasty sauces. Please clean up your restaurant so nobody else suffers like I did. It was horrible. :(

Wish I can give this negative stars. First of all I love bdubs but this location is horrible! Waited 50 minutes for food that never came, manager said she was sorry that they were overwhelmed but it was about 60% full at the time. They had a renovation recently and now it’s much louder way to bright and they got rid of the outdoor patio — save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Was there last night to watch fight. Manager kicked two guys out, who are regulars there, because they followed people out to tell them come back in & pay the $ 120 tab they walked out on. Shouldn’t the manager have done that? Didn’t he kick the wrong people out? Manager caused a huge scene & more people got involved. Embarrassing for buffalo wild wings

With over 4 boots and 2 tables empty. the manager (Maura) said that is about 45 min to 1hr wait. her excuse dont overwalm the kitchen. I have never heard that excuse for poor service
So why have many tables and can serve or sit coustumers? This bring a bad reputation to BDubs! Just send this to HQ. why remodel and you cant keep with the demand. I wrote two emails and the same tables are empty.

You simply ran out of burgers… How exactly does a BWW run out of burgers??? Would have been nice to know before being seated and ordering drinks. Disappointing. I’m thinking after reading the reviews that someone needs to take a hard look at the management in this restaurant.
Food takes forever to get here. Ugh!!! wish I went somewhere else for dinner.

Renovation sucks!!! Too many tables in the bar area. Same server bumped my seat 4 times because THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR HER TO WALK! (She also. did not excuse herself). No outside seating. No games.

We used to come several times a month. Now I have plans to return. I will drive further. down the road to. South Beach and enjoy a comfortable seat with better food!

Hour and a half wait for wings and burgers. Football crowds gone. No reason for this. Server has no idea. Someone should have a reason. Watching people come in, eat, and leave. Bull shit. Foods out now, ice cold. Wonderful

Love the new remodel they have done on this location. It’s you standard buffalo wild wing food but loving the new décor and they have added seating and raised the he divider between the regular seating and the bar seating.
I think they even increased the number of tvs. The best thing they did was create a separate entrance for the to go orders. This makes for a much better and pleasant experience. I used to have to navigate around a ton of people just to get my food this system is a big improvement.

Seriously slow and unreliable service during game days here. Our wait staff was non-​existent and kept waiting on other tables, even though we were seated 25 minutes earlier. We were treated with a snobbery response when asked for updates on our food, which took more than 50 minutes to arrive. This place was only 75% full. Disgusted. Never again BW2

It wasn’t bad, the wings were hot, the fries were hotter, it’s not as loud as other Bdubs. That was nice.
Reasonably priced. Clean. And service isn’t bad. :)

We arrived for my brothers bachelor event. The table was reserved for us and the server was ready to take our orders. The wings were very tasty and cooked just right. The server we had was a lot of fun. He engaged with us in our conversations and kept busy on the floor. He made the atmosphere what it should be. Awesome time!

One of my favorite locations! Desert heat traditional wings and jalapeño poppers with an ice cold beer to wash it down!

Four stars come from the fact that I, like most people, feel that their food is vastly overpriced.
Otherwise, this particular location would have 5 stars. I’ve had many issues with the Short Pump location, so coming here was refreshing. The staff is incredibly friendly. I usually do takeout, but I have sat in to eat a few times. Either way, I’ve had a good experience.

We came here a few months ago and were disappointed but wanted to give it another try. Terrible idea. Awful service. Waitress didn’t bother to smile once. Didn’t listen to our drink order. Told us the wrong number of wings for the sizes so we had more wings than we wanted to eat and to pay for them. Mentioned to manager our waitress told us the wrong thing and she just shrugged. Also, the wings are awful. They’re served them in tiny cardboard holders– couldn’t even use a knife to cut in half. Is it too much to ask for a plate?! Will not return.

Just not very good in terms of food.
Like idea of a place that specializes in wings and has tons of TV’s. Also give them points for hosting UFC events and not charging a cover.
But, in terms of food, I haven’t eaten anything I’d rate higher than a «C». Salad with chicken… chicken comes out cold. Boneless wings seemed old and a little hard. Carrots were weird looking. Cole slaw was just not good; seems like an easy thing to get right. Tzatziki sauce is ok.
Bottom line, I’d never come here for the food. Maybe a burger is a safe bet, I don’t know. But may come back to drink beer and watch sports.

Went there Sunday. No tables. We had to sit outside, which was’t too bad due to warm 50 degree temps in Dec. Tables out there were filthy. Place was overcrowded and took forever to get service. The bar ran out of glasses and we had to wait for drinks. When we finally got our meals they were all cold. When they were served we were told that we’d have to wait for clean silverware. We had no utensils to eat with. This place is overpriced and constantly runs out of clean glasses. This time having to wait for silverware while our food was just sitting in front of us getting even colder was unacceptable. BWW, get your act together. The only things that draw people there is the amount of televisions and the bar. Glory Days kicks your butt. Food there is fantastic and the service as well. I’ll never be back to BWW.

The food is what you would expect… Average and fried. Let’s face it, you go here to watch sports not to have an amazing culinary experience.
The service on the other hand should be friendly and speedy. Our server, Mike seemed like the restaurant was the last place on earth he wanted to be. Also unclear as to why a chicken sandwich, a wrap and a kids mac & cheese would take 45 minutes.

I went there this evening with a group of friends (about 12). We got there and waited for most of the party to arrive. Once seated it took just a minute to get our drink order but after that we waited on our drinks for over 10 minutes. We finally were asked to order and we did. (we were one of about 5 tables in the place, so it was a slow night) The food did not arrive till about 55 minutes after placing the order and even then there were some that waited longer. The waiter was very nice (the reason this has 2 stars) but was not at the table often enough refilling drinks or even just checking on the customers.
I ordered the Black Bean Burger. I had it with pinco-​di-​gio, queso, and red onion. I was disappointed in the size of the patty, it was very thin. The taste of the burger was over all good.
Overall the service was very very slow for the amount of the people in the place.

I have been to several BW3 chains over the years and this location is on par with the others: a good (not great) experience. Tons of TVs, lots of different beer options (both on tap and by the bottle), and a seemingly ever-​growing list of sauces for their wings.
As one would expect with a menu consisting almost exclusively bar food, the culinary experience isn’t one to write home about, but what they do (duh, WINGS), they do well. The diversity of sauces tips my preference to BW3 over Hooters, with Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing, and Spicy Garlic leading the way in terms of personal favorites. Service is reliably good, as is the food quality.
Here are a few detractors for me from 5 Stars:
To Bone or Not to Bone: Generally, I prefer bone-​in wings, but the wing size/​meat quotient at BW3 is on the lower end of the scale (i.e. mostly bone, not enough meat). For this reason, I slant toward boneless here.
Saucing: I prefer boneless @ BW3, and inevitably, it is a crapshoot with each order as to whether or not my wings will be actually covered in my selected sauce. In many cases, I will have to subsequently ask for more sauce on the side or send them back and ask for a 2^nd dunking.
Lack of Waist-​Friendly Options: The menu could use an overhaul in terms of healthier options for the non-​wing fans that still like sports bars. A more diverse salad list and a few grilled (chicken, steak, etc) options could go far.
Don’t get me wrong, BW3 is good (as sports bars go), but is a bit off the mark from extraordinary.

I come here a lot with my hubby for late night eats, and we always enjoy ourselves. We usually get good service as well, but we especially love Keith. He knows his regulars, and takes great care of them. Never have any complaints when he is our server or bartender. We love the wings here, and we also love the queso dip. Tried it one night night, and have been getting it everytime since :-) Overall great place, especially for good late night eats.
