Overall CVS is a nightmare and this location beats the three I have visited. After two days of battling to get a new prescription filled properly using my insurance I transferred the prescription to another location. The first day there was an issue with the 30 day supply the doctor prescribed. The pharmacist insisted he phoned the doctor and my insurance carrier regarding the issue. The pharmacist said doctor would not write a prescription for a 90 day supply. The following day a miracle occurred, CVS received a 90 day prescription from my doctor and approval from my insurance company. The pharmacist boldly lied to my face and did not call the doctor or insurance carrier. I received a call from CVS that my prescription was ready the following day. I went to pick up the prescription and the pills were not the same as I had been taking. I questioned the pharmacist and knowing the integrity of the staff at this location I didn’t trust they filled the prescription properly. In addition they could not offer an explanation why the pills were different. The tech simply stated they filled the prescription they received from the doctor. Not only is the staff in the pharmacy deceitful and useless the overall store is a mess, dirty and dingy.
