If you want to take your car in to this location, please remember to check how it LOOKS when you pick it up. whoever worked on my (freshly washed) car thought it was ok to have his hands, pants and shoes completely covered in grease. i know these guys work in a dirty environment, but black grease marks on the door, handle, window, hood — plus of course the outside wasnt enough, the inside floor and inside of the bottom of the door all marked with black grease.
the second star is for the poor guy who works up front that DIDNT get the mess everywhere, and he cleaned it up… sort of. i was hoping for some sort of coupon or *gasp* free oil change at least, but no. so i wont be bringing my car back to this store. ever.
