Had a great experience with them on Saturday. This was our first time here. They made us feel very welcome and we’re extremely helpful. They had just what we needed at a fair price. Got in and back out in no time. We will be back!

Very bad service and decietful sales reps. You will be better off buying your instruments and gear online or from a trusted store.

Very friendly and attentive sales staff. I needed an external mic for my iPhone and the salesperson, Ray, answered all of my questions. Used Amazon Price Check to compare prices and they honored the online price without any haggle.

I can’t speak for other self taught beginner drummers but for me personally this Guitar Center location is the first place where I’ve received genuine friendly encouragement. I’ve only been to this location three times but in two out of three occasions I was politely greeted twice by two different employees even before entering the store! I love their drum and cymbal room which is closed off from the main shopping area. If you are a beginner drummer Justin is the employee to look for. If you are interested in DJ equipment or music and drum software Morgan is the individual to talk to as well. They both do an outstanding job of being both courteous and knowledgeable. Justin instantly picked out a decent percussion book with tabs that I’m sure I will do well with. Morgan is very professional, and excellent at demonstrating the DJ equipment as well as well as knowledge in the different types of music and software used to produce music. When you arrive at this location be prepared to feel at home. My spouse and I plan to become a regular customer at this location.

Do NOT go here for repairs! I was excited that a Guitar Center opened up across the street from where I live. I have a Fender Telecaster 62RI w/bigsby that I was getting work on: Bridge adjustment on Mastery bridge and a kill pot wired under the volume knob. Easy enough right? WRONG! The ‘tech” had no clue on intonation and string radius. I had to email him diagrams on wiring, back and forward and two weeks later still no guitar. He said my guitar was on the«top of his list»…to cut a long story short, I was charged $ 40 and eventually got my Tele back with these issues: excessive string buzz, action, intonation and radius were WAY off, no sound coming out of the guitar at all, volume knob was raised ¼″ and loose wiggling all over the place, input jack was somehow falling out. Supposedly there were 3 guys«overseeing» the job. Obviously they are all totally clueless about guitar repair and simple modifications. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism and the«repair» was a totally botched. I was offered a refund in the form of an in store credit. I told them to keep it and vowed never to set foot in their store again. Take my advice and DONOTSHOPHERE for guitar repairs or anything else for that matter… you will regret it.

Love this recently opened Guitar Center! My husband bought me a starter guitar for Christmas from Guitar Center and I’ve been spending my weekends there since! The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially for a beginner like me. They have a wide variety of everything you’d need to start playing guitar and I’ve seen lots of more experienced users then me. One nice perk was having bought a guitar from them recently, they’re offering free beginner guitar group lessons every Saturday morning for the month of January! The teacher is FANTASTIC and patient and this is a nice added perk(that was totally unexpected!). They offer lessons and studio space too! I’m hoping to be a frequent flyer(and the lessons are helping!)
