I’ve been to many Jo-Ann’s over the years and greatly appreciate the generous coupons, teacher and military appreciation. I have to say that this location is top notch!
This store has plenty of parking and is quite spacious. I can’t stand it when the aisles
are so narrow, that if there is more than one customer in the area, you both can’t shop
and take care of business. The staff has always been polite, but my recent visit resulted
in something extra special. I had spotted an item thatI just had to have for sentimental
reasons. I kept checking back and online, but with no luck. :-(I finally inquired,
and the employee managed to locate the item in Georgia and had it shipped!
That experience truly went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thrilled with
my purchase! :-D
