Ask anyone who knows me, I’m a «Kohls –aholic»! It’s a problem. I know how to make my dollars go the extra mile in Kohls. Many perks are available for their loyal customers. They consistently have sales, coupons, rewards points and Kohls Cash. My husband thinks that Kohls Cash is a genius marketing ploy to get people back into the store and it works! They also have an extensive website and «ship to store». Do your homework and don’t pay regular price for anything in the store! Sometimes, they almost pay me to shop there. Haha!
It’s not the first time that I have overheard the cashier share with another customer, that there was a discount available online, if they wanted to pull it up on their smartphone. It reminded me of the scene from «Miracle on 34th Street», where Santa wants the customers to be satisfied and happy.
As a bonus, the company has some wonderful business practices. As a school teacher, I have personal knowledge of their participation in Operation School Bell. They provide underserved elementary-​age school children with new clothes and supplies, enhancing their self-​esteem and chance to succeed. Also, they are attempting to do their part to protect and conserve the environment. Some examples are constructing environmentally friendly buildings and recycling hangers. Love it!

Let the buyer beware…
I went in to purchase a dress shirt and selected one on sale for $ 9.99
After looking around the store for about 10 minutes, I decided to go back and get another one. POOF, the price was now $ 23.99. I went to the cashier and she said it was $ 19.99
I put the shirt back.
Be wary of any store that uses digital price signs. It’s a very deceptive practice to change prices while people are shopping. I think this is a scam and people don’t realize their being taken advantage of. It’s all smoke and mirrors with coupons, false savings and points. You think your saving a ton of money, but your not. Your being taken for a ride. This company should be investigated for fraud. If you went to the gas station and started filling up for $ 2.50 a gallon, and then it changed to $ 3.00 when you went to pay, you would call the police.
We’ll never go back. If you do go, use your phone camera and take pictures of the prices while you shop!

It is your basic Kohls store, but I did want to write a review on how friendly the staff here is. I am always asked how I am doing upon walking in. The check out process is easy and painless. The employees are always smiling — at least when around customers. The location is great. I have to shop from the clearance racks because they are pricey, but I love the merchandise!

To me this is THE PLACE TO SHOP! They always have sales, carry Brand Names, and when I get that 30% discount in the mail, Look Out!
I have never been disappointed with their selections.
