One Hour Air

Have been using these guys for years! They are always prompt, friendly, clean, thorough, and fair!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide.

My AC unit went bad and I called several AC places to come out and give me a bid. One hour Air was priced about in the middle, but I liked a lot of there extras they offered on there service.
To be quite honest I didn’t care for the sales man at all, but some other neighbors of mine said they had just One Hour and were happy with there service.
When I finally gave them the go, I would have to say there were pretty prompt in getting to my house. Some of the other Places were telling me a few weeks and One Hour came out in a couple of days.
The crew were some nice good olé’ boys, but were very polite and answered all of my questions. A few days later a Service Manager came out to double check to the work, make sure all was working great, I thought that was a nice touch.
I had this work done last summer and never had an issue with anything. Recently, I found that they didn’t set my control panel to have an auto setting. I called them and they sent a guy out to set that up for me in just a few days. He said that they were sorry for that overlook and would preform a full service check-​up for free. Not really sure what he did, but I know he was under my house for at least 2 hours. Now he might have been napping, but he gave me the impression that he was doing something, which is what matters in the service industry!
