I love this place. The staff is so nice, they really want to please you. It’s always so professional and classy. They usually bring you drinks and give hand massages. Also, they have these awesome neck wraps that seriously make you want to fall asleep. Kailey takes really good care of my hair and I love their products. Would highly recommend!

It’s very clean and very beautiful to look at but truly all the stylists are the same they charge different amounts for different people but they all do the same haircut same blow dry I tried for over a year to get someone to be able to cut my hair but it continued to be the same the people at the desk or friendly and will do anything to make you comfortable I just wish the stylist or more creative and trained more up-​to-​date on today styles

Just had a facial with Jade — heaven on earth!!! Front desk staff excellent! Reward system for purchases and re books! Beautiful décor and quiet and calming on the spa area. Someone put a lot of thought into the design and set up!!!

Moved to Midlothian recently, and I have been looking for a new hairdresser. I found one with Ashley! I have hard to cut and style thin hair, and she did an absolutely wonderful job with both the cut and color. She even followed up with me the next day. I received many complements on my hair. It is worth spending the extra money for a color that looks absolutely sun-​kissed and natural.

This place is close and uses formaldehyde-​free Butter London nail polish. I don’t get pedicures often. I had a classic pedicure and was a bit disappointed. The leg massages were not as strong or elaborate as I’ve had at other spas. The woman said she didn’t feel good and felt a cold coming on, so maybe that was it. I’m worried I’ll get sick now though! I thought about calling the whole thing off but we were more than halfway through the pedicure. Then she alleged it was allergies, but it’s June and she said she doesn’t really get allergies anyhow. She sneezed and sniffled through the pedicure. Then, I was informed there were no drying machines. So I’m sitting here waiting for my nails to dry naturally. On the plus side the room we were in was quiet, the facilities seemed clean and my feet look great. Ultimately, though, not worth the $ 55 I paid. Might have been without the risk of getting sick.

I recently moved to the Richmond area and after trying several other salons and being so disappointed I decided to give Rituals a try. The reviews were wonderful and I am very happy with my decision. From the first time I stepped in the front door I knew this was the place for me.
The staff is very friendly and professional and my stylist is wonderful I love Noël! She takes the time to listen to her customers wants and needs. Her attention to detail is absolutely amazing and I can honestly say she has given me the best haircuts and color I have ever gotten.

Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful service. I routinely get my haircut and colored, which is a bit pricey, but worth it. I have to make my next appointment afterward because my stylist is always booked. I have had a massage and facial here and both were great. I love the complimentary hand massages I get with my hair services. The products they sell have been great and not-​so-​great, but my hair can be difficult to manage.

If you are new to the area and you are looking for a new salon… THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I’ve been in town a week and had no idea where to go. I’m so happy that I ended up at Rituals! The staff is absolutely amazing! All smiles from the moment I walked in until I was done. Absolutely love my new color and the cut! I really appreciate them squeezing me in and they will definitely receive my business from here on out. Each stylist has their own sense of style and that was one thing that I noticed and loved! Amazing experience!!!

I picked Rituals Salon & Spa based on their excellent Unilocal recommendations so I thought I should add one! I was in the area for a wedding and wanted to have my sometimes-​unruly hair done up all pretty for the occasion. I asked for something loose and to the side– pretty, and romantic, and definitely not tight. This gorgeous ‘do is what I got and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more! I got heaps of compliments. It even stayed done through all my dancing and toddler-​chasing. While getting my hair done, the ladies I met were SO courteous and friendly. All in all, a great experience — so glad I decided on Rituals!

I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, the staff are happy, and the quality of services is beyond measure. I go to Sherri, the owner and she is a perfectionist. But I’ve been to several other stylists there when she hasn’t been available and all of them are fantastic. Dale gives wonderful massages, the nail ladies are awesome and don’t forget to try a facial for a little bit of heaven on earth!

This place is paradise. I’m not usually one to drop loads of $$$ at a shmancy salon but Rituals is absolutely worth it.
I go for Shannon, she’s not afraid to try something different and always leaves me looking amazing. Recently she convinced me to go red and I have to admit, I feel totally sexy. Thanks girl! xoxox

This is amazing. I have been to spa’s all over the world (domestic & internation) and this one is possibly the best.
The front desk ladies are friendly and always greet me by name.

Rituals is a great salon. They treat their staff well and as a result, they treat the clients well. It’s a low key environment with teas and coffee. Everyone is really nice and friendly — no pretense, which is refreshing. Shannon cut and colored my hair and she’s amazing. A very cool woman with a lot of experience and expert at styling and color. While my color was processing, they gave me a free hand massage with a hot wet towel and lotion and also put a hot, scented neck pillow around my neck. It was quite relaxing and luxe. Although it’s a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. I’ve tried three other salons since I moved to Richmond this past July, and this one really nailed everything. It’s a relief to have found my place, even if it’s not as close to downtown as I had hoped.
