We’ve eaten here a few times and I feel like it’s gotten better each time. We have only ever gotten takeout, so the fries are bound to be at least a little cold by the time we pick it up and take it home. But each time is seems better than the last. I’m sure there where kinks opening up the restaurant, but my most recent visit was pretty flawless. The food is excellent, and the employees were nice and helpful. This last visit they were training some new folks, but that was not an issue at all as everyone was on their game and very friendly. We’ll be back!

Philly steaks are the best around without having to go into Dallas. The fries are excellent and the onion rings are awesome also. My wife and I and the kids have had the philly’s and the kids have had the mini corn dogs and we have never had any complaints about the food. The service is really good also.

What a gem in midlothian! It is worth the drive from Fort Worth, I find myself craving their authentic subs pretty much all the time.

I have been here twice and unfortunately the food and service have been drastically disappointing. My family and I decided to dine here as one last chance. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sub with fries and other ordered a burger with fries, mini corndogs with chips, and two meat subs with onion rings. We were greeted in the parking lot with a car parked literally in the middle of the parking spots with a girl in the passenger seat. She yelled some expletive that she was upset with the driver(who was inside). Upon entering, there were two employees outside with the driver of the car(who was barefoot). She finally left and we were able to order. The employee was not excited to see us. We asked a couple of questions, to which she responded, «I don’t know, look at the menu.» and«we don’t do that anymore.» When the food came out, the subs were good, but the fries were cold, onion rings and corn dogs overcooked, and the burger wrong. The employee didn’t seem concerned, but did take the burger back. When it was returned, the cheese had been peeled off, but you could still see bits of it on the patty. We asked for forks(bc they were out) and the employee never brought them or refilled the container. I really hope the quality of food and service improve. I am very supportive of family owned businesses in our area and hope that change is made.

We eat there often. The sandwiches and other selections make it good for anyone. As far as the seasoning of the meat goes, do your own. They have a wealth of things you can add, plus some good hot sauce on the table, not the vinegary one, good ones. My wife really likes their fries. All in all, my go to for a break from burgers.

Good food. Nice people. Overall satisfied with my experience. I got the biggest Philly. Plenty of steak and cheese way to much food. I’ll be back for sure

The Philly’s are so good. I get it with grilled onions and cheese wiz. It’s by far the best place to eat in Midlothian.

Finally made it over here to try and I’m not disappointed. The Philly cheesesteak is delicious. The kids grilled hammie got a thumbs up by my 5yo, and the waffle fries were very tasty. Menu options are varied and I’m interested to try other offerings, but the cheesesteak was so good it’ll be hard to not order it every time. Interior was very nice — I took my order to go but plan to dine-in soon. Dessert offerings easily compete with other local establishments — wife perked up when i mentioned«cannoli» — and the pricing is on par with quality food. I really hope they stay busy and stick around. Location is extremely convenient for me since I live nearby, but may seem to primarily service the Mountain Peak area. I strongly encourage other Midlothianites to head down 9th street and come check them out.

We stopped in on a Friday night and had 2 cheesesteak sandwiches, a meatball sandwich and fries. The food was excellent and a good value. Service was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a big step up from a typical fast food restaurant.

I was excited to see a Philly place. Love em and most Philly places have a lot of fun spins on Phillies. This place is not one of those. Want a philly? They really only show up with a philly, chicken philly or random deli subs. Don’t try the beef philly, it’s not worth it. There was no seasoning to the beef, cheese, and peppers. Just tasted like I was eating bread. Had to dump a ton of hot sauce and salt on the second half to taste anything other than bread occasionally. I felt bad for the cow because it died in vain. Fries at least had some seasoned salt on them, but honestly tasted like frozen fries. It’s a nice place inside, just wish the food wasn’t so bland. :-/

Food is pretty good but very over priced. You will spend about $ 25 for lunch for 2 people with no desert. The wait time for me was about 35 mins for a to go order(just 2 combo meals) asked for ketchup and mayo but didn’t get. I can’t afford to go here very often. I guess they thought people in Midlothian have a lot of money but you have to have time and money to eat here. Good food but not worth the dollars

I’ve been searching for a good cheese steak in the DFW area for 15 years and while this place is okay, it’s still not the signature eats that a cheese steak should be. The person at the counter taking the order didn’t seem to know what she was doing and didn’t speak up to where she could be heard, I also found out after that I had to specify and pay for toppings, the standard cheese steak just comes with cheese, steak and mushrooms(Onions and peppers were extra).

My son took me to lunch there yesterday. Food was ok. Management needs to train staff. Staff person at register who took our order was very confusing. Almost is if she was reading from a cue card and she wasn’t about to be interrupted by our questions. I asked for the price difference between a combo and not a combo since I was drinking water. She never responded. She did not bring her people skills to work with her yesterday. Then when she brought our meal to the table she couldn’t remember who ordered what. Sure, I know the place just recently opened but if you are going to run a successful competitive business you should train your staff first or hire more experienced people.

First off, let me start by saying that Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are one of my favorite indulgences. The problem is, in certain parts of the country, especially the DFW metroplex, it is near impossible to find a well-made cheesesteak… that is until now. I visited«The Factory» on its opening day, along with my family and a few friends, and was utterly blown away by the amazing cheesesteak they had to offer. I kept my order fairly simple: mushrooms, onions, & extra cheese. The steak was served juicy, & not over-cooked. Their recommended cheese selection, an amazing Swiss-American blend oozed throughout my sandwich giving each bite more flavor than the last. Not to mention, they actually use fresh Amaroso bread, which is the PROPER bread used at almost every cheesesteak spot in Philly! And lastly, the owners were SUPER nice & accommodating! Being that it is a newly opened establishment, you will, without a doubt have the expected hiccups in service as the waitstaff are still trying to get the hang of making the place run efficiently as possible. But at the end of the day, great food is great food! The service will get better with time! But in the meantime, you would do yourself well to drop in and give this place a shot! I promise you’ll be back for more!!!

I visited the Cheesesteak Factory and loved it. I lived back east and could not find a good Philly Cheesesteak sub until now. I love it. The restaurant is decorated very nice and the big screen Televisions are the bomb!!! Staff is supper nice and friendly. It is a great place to enjoy a great Philly Cheesesteak. I plan on going back and taking my friends.

As a Philadelphian I can say this is as real as it gets. They have the real Philadelphia Amaroso Rolls, Right steak. There are many who claim to have the real deal in TX. Buy this is an authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteak. If you want the real experience this is the spot.

The restaurant is nice looking and clean. We ordered three items first they brought out the salad several minutes later they brought out the fries and sandwich. The sandwich order was incorrect and was returned. Had the 8 inch sandwich which did not have much meat on it. Paid over $ 20 for salad fries and 8 inch sandwich

I wasn’t impressed, I really try to support our local businesses. The philly sandwich was dry and the bread was very tough. On the plus side, the fries were hot !
