I have to admit that I was holding out my review until my return trip to Verizon today. I purchased a phone yesterday at the Midlothian Turnpike store and my photos did not transfer over. Well 2nd day in a row the service was exceptional. I was concerned because this store seems to always be a mess from the parking lot to the inside. I walked right in and was greeted and was helped immediately(today I got there around 11:00am. #winning. The rep walked me through going back and retrieving my photos and it worked. Maybe the layout change helped with the store organization. Thanks Verizon. 2 days in a row great service. I arrived around 10:45am and the store was empty. The tip may be to go mid morning and avoid the weekends and after work(3 or 4) time.

I am glad that I’ve been telling customers in my restaurant to get rid of Verizon and switch to any other phone and internet companies! The most regrettable thing that I’ve ever did was I signed the 2 year contract with Verizon for my business! Everything is terrible. Customer service on the phone is extremely terrible! Business phone sometimes doesnt work and customers cant call in order. Fios internet get disconnected at least twice a day! And so the next time when my customers come back they told me they were to happy with new service!

If you’re going in to sign up for Verizon home services or to deal with anything home service related, do not deal with a big guy named Dave. We went in trying to sign up for cable and Internet. We asked a lot of questions because we were getting ready to sign a contract. I don’t know about you, but I like to make sure I understand the contract I’m signing before I sign it. He was so rude! He was annoyed with the questions and gave us sarcastic answers. He even asked if we were stupid at one point. I do not enjoy having my intelligence questioned. After hearing him basically call us names and bitch and moan for 20 minutes, we left the store without signing up for cable and internet. As we left, he yelled that he hoped we «get screwed» wherever we decide to sign up. He was downright cruel and my husband and I are really nice people! It was uncalled for. As for the cell sales? I’ve never had a problem. I’ve bought two new phones from this location before and had great service. I wouldn’t put one star, but I’ll never get over the Dave situation.

Ask for anyone other than Abby. I had a phone ordered to pick up in store. Her customer service was awful. There was an issue with billing in which she activated the phone before it was solved causing more billing issues for myself. When trying to resolve the problem she played her phone smiling instead of dealing with the issue. The manager Tecia did her best to handle the situation and deal with this employee. She is only reason there stars are given.

For Verizon customers, this mini store provides a lot of assistance. They do have a lot of products to choose from and it boasts a lot of accessories for your new phone. There is a kiosk for bill pay, which is great if you want a copy of your bill pay in-hand that the other area locations do not have. The service is okay– however, the salesman are a bit pushy when you are just browsing for an upgrade while waiting in line for your phone repairs. Saturday’s are usually the busiest times so it is not wise to go then if you are looking for expedient service. Parking is decent for the lot that is shared with the entire strip-mall. Not a bad location if you are looking for help.
