I’ve bought and sold many harps from these folks, and they have great customer service. This applies to Hilary, Amy, and Megan the Richmond and NJ locations. (So sorry if I’ve mucked up the spelling of your names!)
Through this whole gut string breakage fiasco, they have been nothing but nice and understanding, and willing to work with you. I’ve successfully been able to sell a few of my harps on consignment through them, and are fair in their dealings.
Please think about opening one up in the DC area, guys!
