3 Alarm Saloon

I don’t know. This place is a little rough for me and my manicured finger nails. The service is fine, the atmosphere is a little dark, a lot masculine with a lack of estrogen around other than the servers. You hear men in groups talking about the bodies of the only female patron in the place as she walks by. If you’re in dire need of a drink and this place is close, it’s not horrible. But for my personal tastes I’d probably head elsewhere next time. I do recommend the taco truck out back though. That gets five stars.

Horrible dirty filthy bar. Service is pathetic unless you like hearing the grumpy bartender bitch about her job. The self proclaimed DJ is a comedy act in itself.

A horrible dive bar that is probably lower than dive. The staff is somewhat rude, but the prices are average for the Salt Lake City area. I would rather go to another bar in the area or head to downtown SLC.

I’ve been there twice now and haven’t noticed any females being treated disrespectfully. I went there with my girlfriend at the recommendation of one of my other friends because I was looking for a fun, laid back sports bar, and was impressed at what I found. Although some of the nostalgic décor could’ve of used a little updated, everything was very clean and well laid out, and there was a lot of things to do to keep you entertained and engaged with people. Most of the patrons were younger to middle aged. And there were many newer video games u could play against friends against the walls, as well as the traditional dart machines all in good shape, pool tables all new felt, and cues that actually were true and had newer ends and chalk readily available. There were plenty of tables, a decent size bar area with flat screens with games on all around, and for me being a smoker this next part is a huge plus — an indoor /​outdoor smoking patio with ample seating, the covered portion of that actually being heated with TVs in the corners. U could actually spend ur whole evening out there because the service was terrific, I was rarely without a beer in my hand and I can go through them pretty quick at times. I had a blast at the poker table, and I consider myself somewhat of a horsing connoisseur, and these are some of the best I’ve had in recent memory. Drinks here won’t break the bank, and the waitresses are usually running around with drink specials to keep things interesting. The place wasn’t overly crowded so I didn’t have to stand in line to use the bathroom or wait for drinks, and the staff was very laid back and everyone I spoke with was very laid back good people. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good time on a date where u can engage in a lot of one on one activities or engage in conversation with larger groups of people. Good times, cheap drink, great good. What’s not to love?

Friendly staff, music is pretty terrible. Populated with ass-​grabbing patrons. If you’re of the female persuasion you may want to come with a posse, otherwise try elsewhere.
