When my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air, I brought in many of the bigger named, well advertised companies to give me an estimate. They wanted to talk me into a brand new furnace (mine was only 5 years old and still in great shape) at over $ 4,000. Once we diagnosed the problem, these bigger companies offered costs of $ 800-​$ 1,000 to repair it. My in laws had used Gil’s Service to replace their filter. I called them and they were able to come immediately, educate me and give me tips how to prevent this from happening again, and they were fast. They also only charged me a third of the price the bigger companies wanted. It’s a family business that the father started in 1969, and he works with his son. Best customer service I have seen in a very long time!

After yrs of doing without AC, I was told I must have this in order to sell a house. Gil’s was not only the least expensive but most comprehensive in their services. Due to an earlier remodel in the kitchen, they moved a vent to a more convenient place and provided new floor vents for reasonable prices. They are a family-​owned business and every member was pleasant, efficient, and plainly a big help to me.
