Joe Libin went above and beyond to get my fiancé and I qualified for a loan for our dream home. He was always available for any questions or concern’s we had and was fun to work with! He truly is amazing. We had a couple of obstacles to tackle while getting qualified, but Joe knew exactly what to do and was very efficient and detail oriented, which I greatly appreciated. Joe is not just your regular loan broker. He is an amazing financial advisor when it comes to buying and selling a home. I know because now me and my husband (who were in a tiny 800 square foot house with our 2 year old) are now in a 2400 sqr foot house! Joe gave us the low down on what we needed to do, when we should do that, and how it would all pan out. Even when our VA loan was not approved (when previously it had been– no fault of Joe’s), Joe was quick with a backup plan. And we ended up spending only $ 14 more a month on our mortgage, compared with what we would have spent with the VA loan. Amazing! He calmed my nerves when we found out our VA loan was not approved, and went into action. We closed 2 weeks after that! It was kind of a miracle (or maybe just cause we were working with the right guy) that we did not go homeless– We had technically sold our house before signing the contract on our new house because of financing. Needles to say, I will not use anybody else for my house financing needs!

Joe Libin helped my husband and I achieve our dream of owning a home. He cares about your goals and works with you to map out a path to achieve those goals. His service is fast and he made the process of obtaining a mortgage seamless and efficient. Not only did Joe help us buy our house, but he did an excellent job helping us refinance earlier this year. Being from Canada, I had to start over building my credit in the United States which can be quite frustrating. Joe has done a great job at coaching me to quickly build my credit score while my husband and I work toward our next goal of owning a second property. we can not thank Joe enough for all he has done for us.
