I wrote to Lily Grove voicing my concerns and disappointment. She called 2 weeks later and when I informed her that it wasn’t a good time to talk, she said she would email me instead. It’s been another week and still nothing. Consistently disappointing and unprofessional.

We received a rec from a friend to use someone within this agency. They just passed us off to someone else. This person was nice to our faces but did not have our best interest in mind and was simply looking to cash out rather than help us make a sound investment. We are now stuck with over 20,000 in repairs for the property we just purchased. We were assured by the agent, the inspector, and the homeowner that the house was ok. NOT OK. SELF SERVING. AND COST ME A LOT OF MONEY.
Do yourself a favor and find an agent that will actually advocate for you and educate you
