Kristin Hacking and her team were great! I needed a place quickly in the Salt Lake area and they were able to find me one. The signup process was a breeze. We were given help on a Sunday as we arrived in Utah, that shows the dedication of the team towards their clients.
We have now found a new house and moving out but I wanted to say good luck to the whole team and thanks for the help!

Oh my god! I wish I could give them zero stars but I’m forced to give one. Not only do all their tenants hate them but any one of their associates from locksmith to exterminator hate dealing with hem. Kirsten is supposedly 30-​something but acts 16 so everyone goes straight to company manager, Nate who is just about as unprofessional as they get other than Kirsten. My lock was broken for six weeks and when it was finally fixed they demanded I pay for it. When there was a large infestation of cockroaches outside it took five weeks to get an exterminator. Kirsten has not one even shown her face at this property and they’re tenants that have lived here for many years. The place may look decent by pics but trust me… YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE OR ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES
