Purchased a Yakima MegaWarrior through them about 2 years ago. When I got rid of my Durango, they gave me a good price to trade it back in and set me up with a great deal on a Thule base rack and a Limited Edition Yakima Skybox. Looks awesome on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I am an Über driver and the white box makes it easy for passengers to spot me.

I was given a rack from Rack N Road as a Christmas gift. I decided to exchange the rack for another rack. Grayson at Rack N Road was very helpful in finding the rack that worked best for me. They installed a hitch on my car and a Thule platform rack. I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of products they carry.

Took some parts in that I bought at REI to have the guys at Rack’N’Road install for me. The rack was fitted and installed in less than half an hour. They even alerted me that one of the parts I had purchased was used and hooked me up with a new one.
Will definitely do business with them again.
