We decided to go to Bull Shoals Lake Resort after trying several other places and wanting to go someplace new. We have had issues with other resorts and Wi-Fi so that was a factor in our decision as to where to go. I had called to make sure they had Wi-Fi, and the gentleman told me «oh yes, the speed will depend on the number of people on it, of course.» We understood that and decided to plan our family reunion there. We have people that love to fish, some just want to boat, and others like to take in whatever attractions are around. The resort was very clean, the cabins were lovely and stocked with everything you would need. We even had salt and pepper. The lake was so beautiful. You could see well more then 10 feet down. There were not too many people on the lake and it had such beautiful scenery. The resort also had 2 pools with all kinds of floatation toys. We enjoyed ourselves in spite of some of the problems that arose. We did not have Cel service at all, so we couldn’t communicate with people at the store or on the lake. The Wi-Fi was so sporadic it may as well have been nonexistent, which on 4 of the 7 days we were there it was. We were informed that people do not come to this resort for the Wi-Fi which we do understand, but we were also reassured that they had it. We did have a great time overall, but most of that had to do with our families all being in the same situation. As for any attractions, they are few and far between, and you really need to search, which you can’t do online.
