Chili’s is one chain whose food we never get tired of. There’s such a big selection and we love so many of the foods. Hubby is obsessed with the appetizer queso and the molten chocolate cake dessert. A couple other locations left a sour taste in our mouths because of horrible service and we finally tried out this one. We were so impressed that we FINALLY got great service! We have been back several times since then and only once have had less than average service. Every other time we’ve been very pleased with it, along with hot and tasty food. Our rewards points are very handy for getting free appetizers, desserts, and kids meals quite often.

Without a doubt the SLOWEST Chili’s in the universe. 50 minutes to get fajitas. Wow. Won’t be back.

I guess it’s only natural for chain restaurants to get mixed reviews, but I never had a bad experience. My husband and I have eaten inside Chili’s but mainly order to go as we have a toddler and 3-month-old. Thus far, their to-go service has been really good. The food always looks great, is warm and on time. I enjoy the new Chili’s reboot as the food is a little more gourmet, so to speak. I also like the rewards program they have so we can get freebies from time to time.

Went for dinner. Had to wait for a table even though several were open. Got seated & noticed that two tables next to us had not been cleared. One got cleaned about half way into our meal the other never was. This would have not been a big deal if the manager(the guy in a different colored shirt andhadset) had not walked by 3 times and looked at it. One worker even stopped to take a picture of it but didn’t clean it. The bathrooms were nasty. Dinner was good and our waitress was attentive. Poor atmosphere made this trip negative.

The best bite to grab by far in del city. Love the place ever since I visited I always go back. I took my family there they loved it too. We ordered the salmon, steak and chicken salad, yumZzz. Love the appetizers as well. The stuff is nice and you get reward too.

I came here during lunch hour with 2 babies and my sister in law. It wasn’t really busy and the waitress was rude. It took a while for our food and I asked for another straw due to not being given enough for all the drinks. It took forever to even get 1 straw. Right before the bill came we noticed the waitress started to be nicer to us. we will not be coming back to this location. Honestly we thought about walking out before our food even arrived. We didn’t appreciate the way the waitress talked to us. It isn’t easy to dine in with babies so talking to us like we’re idiots wouldn’t make us want to ever come back.

TOGO service is not up to par. No employee waiting for customers who show up. They gave us «old avocados» that were obviously not fresh. On top of that there were only 2.5 small pieces after we paid the extra fee for the avocado. I’ll still return for the«sit down» option, but no more TOGO

I had to call the establishment to let them know that there was 8 people ready to be seated. Also the food was too salty and my chicken on my dish was very, very dry.

Skip the Carribean Salad. Flavors don’t mix well, tastes like random ingredients. I ate it but I would never recommend it.

Now I know why Jesus wept. He knew one day I would be subjected to one of the most mediocre meals of my life at Chili’s, usually one of my favorite places to eat. I can only speculate how long my food sat on a counter or in the window before it got to me because it was warm at best. Even the plate itself was practically room temp. The mashed potatoes tasted strange and not like potatoes at all. The broccoli was not a vibrant and lush green. It was colorless and cooked to within an inch of its life. The tops and bottoms were burned. How do you burn steamed broccoli? I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to make a scene on my daughter’s birthday but had that not been the case, different situation. I did have to point out that my girls had something black in their drinks. Is anyone checking the ice machine and the scoops or no? The one saving grace was my server, Tiffany. Unfortunately her good service was overshadowed by everything else.

Service at this location is horrible. We were seated quickly but it took over 10 minutes to see someone who was not our waitress take our drink & appetizer order. Our«real“waitress brought our drinks & app took our main course order and we requested plates to put our apps on. Waited several minutes no plates and I got up and had to ask the hostess to bring them. Rest of the meal no better. My advice stay away!

I should have learned my lesson. They must have changed management because we’ve eaten at Chili’s 3 or 4 times since my last review since they offer a vegetarian bean patty on any type of burger that they make and the managers have been nice when taking my order. We’ve not had any problems with them until today. The young man who took my order was dismissive as I went through the list of how to prepare the order for my daughter’s food allergies and he rolled his eyes when I asked if I could check it when I picked it up. I’ve seen him multiple times, so I told him that it was fine because he told me how they handled the bun and took care of the order so I didn’t check it. Once I arrived home and we sat down to eat, my daughter discovered that her Old Timer burger was nothing but a patty, a bun, and bbq sauce on the side. They didn’t give her lettuce or pickles or onions… nothing. I opened up my burger and found that they got everything right, except for the three pieces of bacon on top of my bean patty. Ugh! I fed the bacon to the dogs and ate half of the burger and now I’m sick. I have been a strict vegetarian for 10 months and I guess the juice from the bacon was too much for me. I called the manager, who was a nice lady, and I told her about our service and she did offer to comp a meal for us, but as I explained to her, I’m over it. We have had such bad luck lately with eating at restaurants and I’ve given Chili’s a lot of chances. Never again! My main concern is that we didn’t get what we requested and that someone will get sick with their carelessness. I just wanted them to know.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place. This is my first time to this restaurant and the service I experienced here was ok. I came here for lunch and ordered a peperoni pizza. It was $ 6 and that thing was pretty small. It almost seems like a kid’s meal for an adult. It also came with either soup or salad. I got the southwestern soup(forgot what it’s called) that came with the lunch. Everything was average.

It is a regular chilis, mediocre service with mediocre food. However, if you’re going to chilis, you know what you’re getting. This location was no better or worse than any chili’s I’ve been to.

This Chili’s is the best around when they’re on top of their game. The staff are personable and, being the mayor on Foursquare, they remember my favorite things and many ask if I’m having my usual. They are on top of their game most of the time, but when they aren’t, it’s not worth a visit. Try to beat the main meal rushes and you should do just fine.

Why did McDonald’s take over the world in the first place? I submit that Dave Barry was right when he said that the average diner, especially in an unfamiliar area, would prefer to have a guaranteed mediocre meal over taking the chance on an unfamiliar place and having something culinarily or gastrointestinally horrible occur. So yes, Chili’s can sometimes meet a legitimate customer demand for mediocrity, and we mustn’t hold that against them any more than we would blame a dog for being terrible at playing with string or a cat for having a terrible bark. But in exchange for this mediocrity, Chili’s needs to hold up its end of the bargain: The experience needs to ATLEAST be mediocre. We had more than one case of poor service here. After my wife suffered a migraine shortly after a meal there, we resolved to check if MSG was used on a particular dish so she would not be afflicted again. We asked the server if a particular dish had MSG. She went back to the kitchen, returned with a laminated piece of paper, and placed it on the table. The paper said Chili’s could not guarantee the presence or absence of any particular ingredient in any particular dish it served. She said she wasn’t allowed to say anything more than that. I am not joking about this or exaggerating in any way. We decided that while you generally know what you’re getting at a place like Chili’s, if they’re not willing to disclose what’s in any of their food, we’re not willing to eat it anymore. Easiest decision I’ve made in a long time.

Avoid like the plague, simply put. This is not my first bad experience with this restaurant. It was the first place we ate when I got to Oklahoma City 9 months ago and that experience wasn’t much better. Seated in a reasonable amount of time. The problem started once seated. It took 15 minutes to finally see our waitress(Tiffany) and get our drinks. When my drink comes out, it has an old straw wrapper floating in with the ice(did I get a dirty cup???). We ordered our entire meal when we ordered our drinks(had that long to look over the menu). Finally saw our appetizer 20 minutes later(after asking a passing server, Angus?) and it tasted like it had been sitting there waiting awhile. There were other tables seated 10 minutes after us and they were already getting their meal at this point. Fast forward another 20 minutes after our appetizer was finished and plates cleared and we still haven’t seen our main course. After asking the same server where it was(Tiffany disappeared yet AGAIN), our food comes out. My order wasn’t anywhere near right. My wife’s order was lukewarm at best. Finally, an hour after being seated, I get my main course which was also lukewarm. I finish my meal and we finally get a check. Tiffany comes out, brings the check, disappears for awhile, comes back, takes the card, and disappears AGAIN for 10 minutes. Not sure what she was doing with the credit cards but this girl should not be a waitress. Management was nowhere to be found to complain. Asked to speak with one, and again, no one showed. Not sure what kind of operation they are running here, but we will not be back. We like Chili’s and will gladly drive farther to another location for better service.

I ordered my dish with broccoli with NOTHING on it. No sauce, cheese, salt, pepper, butter, NOTHING. The broccoli comes out COVERED in cheese. Our server was nice but she informed me my options with broccoli are cheese or swimming in butter. I guess I got the lesser of two evils. WEIRD. QUICK service(in and out with 3 entrees for 3 folks in less than 30 min). Good, consistent all american quick and go food.

The service was bad. The server did not come to check if everything was okay the entire time. I had to personally obtain hot sauce. We ordered three course meal and the server did not pick up our empty plates which occupied a considerable portion of the table. At the end the server almost threw our bill on our table. It was the worst service we had ever received in a restaurant. The food was okay.
