Too busy which may be the reason the employees are not very attentive and friendly. They’re rushed which takes away from quality service. Over the past 3 years, I have bought about 5 pair of glasses here. After having cataract surgery in Oct 2015, I had a new lens put in, then, the other lens replaced after my second cataract surgery in Nov. I knew these new lenses would be temporary as it takes at least a month after surgery for your eyesight to stabilize. The end of Jan 2016 I got a new«final» prescription, went to this Eyemart on a Friday morning. They told me it would be 3 days(Monday) before my glasses would be done because their cutting machine was broken. I asked where another Eyemart was that could accommodate me, they referred me to the one on I-240& S Santa Fe. I immediately went there and was told that it would be 3 days again because the Midwest City store was sending all of their orders to them! If they had told me that, I would have gone to a farther away store!!! Ridiculous!

I do business with the Eyemart Express store in Midwest City and am so pleased with their customer service. Shakayla and Kim have always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. This is a great store run by great people. I will not go anywhere else for my glasses.

I’m usually here as more of a default option than anything else. Customer service is extremely uneven; on my last visit the person adjusting my frames for me had to get help because she couldn’t figure out what to do, and sadly that’s an improvement over some of the issues I’ve had getting this chore done over the years. I will say they seem to be trying and ironing out some of the worst issues. Now they’ll text you when your order is ready so you don’t have to worry about showing up and having to wait. It’s okay, and they’ll take pretty much any insurance. So there’s that.
