Sooo sloooooooowwwwww. Been waiting 45 minutes and the 3 folks before me in line still haven’t gotten their food either.

This used to be the fastest drive-thru around. That’s not the case anymore. They have gotten slower and slower. I waited 45 minutes today and they have a weird driveway so once you are jn it there is no leaving until you’ve gone through the whole thing.
The food is still good and at least they got my order right.

First time I came here and everything was good to go. They were quick to get the order out. The order was correct and the food was tssty. It’s everything I would expect from a Taco Bueno store.

It really sucks that this is the only Taco Bueno in Midwest City because EVERY TIME I have been here, there’s a problem. They are beyond slow, regardless of how many customers they have. I just spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru and I was ordering for one person. No one working there ever seems to know or care about what they are doing. I mean, this is not a difficult job. I’ve emailed corporate multiple times about this location, but they apparently don’t care or are unwilling or unable to fix the problem. Yet, fast food workers want $ 15 an hour??? Yeah, right.

This particular taco Bueno has disappointed again & again. The cashier complains loudly about how overworked she is and how understaffed they are. I have waited over 45 minutes for an order inside and counted dozens of cars exiting drive thru during that time. The final insult for me was today when I tried to buy a gift card & was told after waiting almost 10 minutes that they were having trouble getting in the safe to retrieve the cards & I should go to the Del City store. I have always loved Taco Bueno & hope they get efficient management in this store soon.

This location is freshly renovated and very nice in the inside. Workers had it shiny clean and the food was wonderful.
I am happy to see they have turned this location around as it is the only TB in the area.
