Mahoosuc Inn

Went for a weekend getaway with friends and this place was breathtaking! The house is beautiful, homey and you honestly feel like you live there on your stay. The owners couldn’t be more welcoming — they made us breakfast/​lunch/​snacks and let us know what to do in the area. There’s a farm and field right next door filled with horses. You can go horseback riding on the trails for $ 50 and they take professional pictures of you so you can actually enjoy it and not be on your phone! They have a hot tub which was amazing under the stars at night. I’ve never seen such a star filled sky in my life. We also went white water rafting which was such a fun experience and they also took pictures of that. Kayak/​canoe rentals are free with your stay so we all went kayaking the last day. I loved this place and I would come back every year if I could.
