Clean, safe area. Quiet park with frequent police patrolling. They take pride in this city and the parks.

Saline, MI
Wilson Park is near a big spillway/​dam off Ford Lake. The old mill is now the public library, public works, City of Milan offices & police station. There is an armed services memorial out by the sidewalk near the park entrance.
This is a large, open park, with footbridges over the river in a couple of places. All the usual picnic shelters, grills, lots of shade under the trees, kiddie playground, baseball diamond, soccer field, etc.
Right near downtown Milan, so you could get a take-​out lunch and have a picnic at the park.
