13 Screams

13 Screams was originally owned by the same people who did a haunted house/​spook walk in Salem, NH years ago. I hadn’t been since I was a kid but I was highly anticipating going to their new location since the site boasted «20 – 30 bailouts» a night… meaning people who had to leave the haunted house early because they were too scared.
Our first impression was NOT good. It’s located in a strip-​mall store. $ 17 for about 15 – 20 minute walk through depending on if your group gets lost. There were a bunch of different rooms/​special effects — some better than others. Some the performers weren’t that great though. lack luster scares and we even saw one guy texting on his phone before we walked into the room. It wouldn’t be a bad deal if they lowered the price to $ 10 – 12, but for how much you pay it’s not worth it.
