I called to get some information about getting a system put in because my neighborhood is starting to feel unsafe. I felt the sales person I was speaking with was just a bit too pushy which always makes me hesitant because you shouldn’t have to push for a sale that hard when you have a legitimate product to sell. I just didn’t get a good vibe about the whole thing and when it comes to my family’s safety I want to be 100% confident. Maybe this is just the nature of this kind of company but I’m going to look for someone else to find out.

We won’t ever be doing business with ADT again. After multiple attempts at having them out to change us over to a wireless system when we wanted to get rid of our landline, they couldn’t sync up an appointment that worked with our work schedules(regular 9 – 5 but both our jobs were an hour away at the time) and taking time off was not an option. After the first appointment we finally managed to schedule had to be cancelled due to a family emergency, we were able to schedule a second appointment for a weekend, two months out. They never showed up. When we called, we were given no explanation. We said screw it, cancelled them, and cancelled our landline. Then they proceeded to continue their«services» for another 3 months and tried to bill us.

They did it! ADT actually helped me get the $ 1300 bill wiped off! I was dealing with collection agency’s for months. Thank you ADT. I will keep both of my homes connected with ADT!
