They came the first time(no issues) and then talked me into pre-paying for 3 more cleanings. Big mistake. Took 2 days and 2 phone calls to get someone to call me back to schedule the next cleaning. Then, they were late the day of the cleaning. After 2 calls and 1 email, Lee finally called me back(at this point, I’d been waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes). Was told there was a «miscommunication». They finally arrived over 2 hours late. Later, I called Lee back and said I wanted a refund for the remaining cleanings since their communication is so poor. He was quite snarky and said it was better for him since the price they were charging was so low. He also emailed with the same snarky tone and promised a check. Well, no big surprise, I had to email and make several calls before the check ever arrived 2 ½ weeks later. Both he and the accounts payable person lied about when the check was actually mailed given the postmark. Horrible customer service and communication.

They were a no show multiple times until I finally just gave up. The worst was when Lee promised to show up on a Saturday, and my family and I sat there in an empty house waiting for them to show up to clean our carpets so I could get my deposit back. So frustrating to hear someone commit and then just blow you off, not once, not twice but three times.
