My daughter plays marching band and we came here to get her a varsity jacket before Christmas. I was quoted over the phone under $ 300 for a finished jacket, and it came out to be about $ 270. We were worried we would not get our jacket in time because we came in really late. The gentleman at the store told me they would do their best to get it finished but could not guarantee it as their cutoff had passed.
2 weeks later, 5 days before Christmas they called and let us know the jacket was finished. The jacket was beautiful and the design the employee suggested looked fantastic. My daughter’s whole marching band comes here for their jackets and not a single person has been disappointed. Will be back soon to add more of her patches.

Be very careful with this place! Incompetent employees and they like to give you a low estimate and then everything is marked up double what they said it would be. They do not stand behind their word.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I have never been so frustrated with my experience with this store! Unfortunately, I have been waiting for over two months for my finished product… and am STILL waiting. I don’t think they care a bit… just another customer. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, one excuse after another… If you can, go someplace else. I have never written a negative review for anyone, which just tells you what a terrible experience this has been!!!

Terrible experience. From the first time I walked into the store, I was treated as a burden rather than a valued customer. One example — the first conversation I had with the clerk was him complaining to me that he wanted to close early that evening, but since customers were coming in, his boss told him he couldn’t. Really? In THIS economy? Angry because his boss wouldn’t let him turn away business??? And it only got worse from there.
I will refer all future business to another shop, and will let those who referred us to All Star of our experiences to do the same. Hopefully the poor guy will finally get his way and be able to close early many, many times in the future.

Awesome! We ordered a varsity jacket for my daughter as soon as she got her varsity letter… well, so did EVERYONE else… just in time for Christmas! (ugh) So, of course, they were beyond swamped!
They were working late every night, I think. They worked very hard, and kept us in touch when the jacket came in and when the embroidery would be done… and they finished when they promised. I picked up the jacket in time for x-​mas, and my daughter was thrilled!
They were absolute pros! Always courteous. They know their business, and they did a great job. Strongly recommend!
