TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! I bought an ipad docking station from them for my, mom. My husband had one and loved it, so I figured my mom would too. So I bought her one and she did love it, however; it just stopped working about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday. Monday morning she called to have them send her a replacement and she wanted to send the broken one back. They said no problem, they would send her an email to get the ball running. Well turns out because it was a gift they could not send her the email they had to send it to me. So I got it and forwarded it to her. Well then they wanted the receipt, so I cut and pasted the receipt to an email and sent it back to them. So now were waiting for a response to the email. A week goes by and no response. So my mom calls again. After waiting for 45 minutes they hang up on her, she calls back and waits another 30 minutes, they then tell her they can not process the return, because I cut and pasted the receipt rather than attaching it in a file to the email. So now my mom says we couldn’t figure it out so they said she could print it and fax it. Another week goes by with no return email with the info needed to send the dock back. She calls again today and waits on hold for 52 minutes and the Customer Service Rep. tells her, «Sorry, we’re busy around here we won’t get to that for another 3 – 4 days». Are you kidding me??? She’s been waiting three weeks to send this thing back to get a replacement!!! We are not asking for any money back, just a product that works. So she says, that’s ok, I’ll just send it back for a refund, he says, «Oh, I can process that right away», do you know I received an email within 5 minutes of that call. Hot Mess on Fire!!! I’ll never buy another thing with their name on it or Plantronics, because they own that too or vice versa… PITIFUL!!!
