Well I don’t know how I can rate this since I went at 9:30 on a Tuesday and they were closed. The sign says they are open fri and saturday from 7 –2. I will say the outside doesn’t look too promising.

Milford, DE
Recently re-​opened, I believe with an apprentice. Very limited hours but a decent selection of breads. Last time I was there, they were unfortunately only making white breads, which I tend not to eat. Hoping they will expand to some whole grains in the future.
