I needed a new chainsaw and decided on either a Stihl or Husqavarna. Chappell is dealer for both and they had quite a few model in stock (called ahead to verify). Not to mention they are a gold standard Stihl service center. I worked with Adam to select a model, he discussed the various options of both models I had picked out. I selected out a farm/​ranch Stihl and he fired it up to make sure it worked ok. Needed a quick adjustment by the shop to get the idle right but after that it ran fine. They even had a promotion going on for a case/​chain/​hat for only $ 29 (the case alone costs more than that). Nice showroom, plenty of parts and selection. Hope I never need service but if I do, I’ll be going back to Chappells.
