I had the pleasure of dealing with Rocco Frank at Computer Fox in Milford, CT recently. I am pleased to recommend Computer Fox to anyone who needs quality, honest laptop, PC, or business related computer service. Unlike that idiots at PCW and the Geek Squad at Best Buy these guys know what they are doing, price their services fairly and don’t lie and jerk you around. You can take it to the bank

Rocco fixed my acer laptop after I dropped it. He recovered all the data and replaced the hard drive. Rocco communicated everything he did before proceeding. The work was done at a reasonable price and within a few days. Thanks for great service.

Rocco at the Computer Fox was a delight to work with. He helped sell an incorrect screen that I’d bought for my laptop accidentally and applied a credit towards the correct screen which he ordered for me and had shipped. His price was extremely reasonable and competitive with PCW, but you get personal service that you don’t see at other places.
