March 13: Terrible.
I know the return policy is exchange only with receipt. I wanted to exchange some items, and I didn’t have the receipt (well actually I did, but it was at home) so they said they couldn’t even let me exchange them! WHAT???
MOST OTHER DOLLAR TREE ALLOW EXCHANGES WITHOUT RECEIPT (the others ones that don’t are terrible too!)
So off I went to the Route 140 (S Main St) location in Milford by Big Lots, near the Hopedale Town Line, and they happily let me do my exchange.
I highly suggest you all visit the other Milford Dollar Tree, and not this old DUMP! (this plaza has seen MANY better days! Kmart closed, this place is next!)
Feb 2016 Update: Getting better…
They are now being a bit more lenient about accepting exchanges, and getting friendlier. Additionally, they partially remodeled the store, so it doesn’t have the ugly white, green, red blend surrounding the store… somewhat pleasant. Will be even better when this plaza gets cleaned up and some other good retailers come in. This Dollar Tree is fine in a pinch, and offers everything the other stores do, but still doesn’t compare to the other Milford Dollar Tree, in the Fair Shopping Plaza on 140. 3 stars.
