Donatos Milford

Had a pizza delivered tonight and now wish I would have just drove to Pizzelli’s. My pizza is not fresh. It tastes like it was made a couple hours ago then microwaved prior to delivery. The crust is very chewy even the edges are chewy. I’ll never spent money at this joint again. You guys need to hire someone that cares about quality control!

Back, oh, I dunna about 780 years ago, when I was just a freshman at Ohio State, I fell in love with Donatos. You couldn’t get this delish dish in the nati’ I don’t get to order Danatos often. The rest of the family are just not fans. Hubby calls it, «pizza on a cracker.»
I LOVE Donatos but lately, meh. I’ve done delivery a couple times from this location to work when I’ve forgotten my lunch and that’s probably not going to happen again.
For the food you get, I feel the prices are a little high. Yes, they are compatable with the area but your food has to stand next to your prices. Not happening. Each time I’ve ordered lunch, I’m left wanting more. The boneless wings are bland at best. And once you pay the delivery charge and a tip, you’ve added at least an extra $ 5 on to your order. So I guess for lunch delivery, this is not the place for me.

Ordered carryout on a Saturday night at 5:50 pm. Was told on the phone it would take 40 minutes. At the 60 minute mark I started calling the store and got the manager who, while helpful, indicated that the «food has left the store and should be there in a few minutes.» At the 90 minute mark I had had enough and called again. This time I told the manager that a) I either wanted the food free or b) don’t deliver it at all. To her credit, she comp’d the food. I tipped the driver $ 10 (on a $ 24 order) because it wasn’t his fault. Good thing it was free as the food arrived cold and it was obvious had been sitting god knows where for over an hour.
Donatos is by far my favorite carryout pizza. But this isn’t gourmet food and with all the pizza options out there, Donatos needs to get it right. This isnt the first time I have experienced trouble ordering from this location. One last thing. They are having «phone trouble» so I am told and the phone rang and rang with knowone picking up. I hope corporate Donato’s takes a look at this location. It needs help.

The temperature is never right at this location. In the winter it is too cold. I think the temperature must be set by the employees who work next to the pizza oven, because in the summer it’s ice cold in the dining area.
