Save yourself time and go elsewhere! The doctors are nice but the office manager is not organized. Had my first appt in March, ended up needing a revision in the prescription so scheduled another appointment in May. They messed up ordering my glasses and it was delayed for weeks. If this was an isolated incident, I could understand somewhat. However, my husband has had a far worse encounter when his glasses have not arrived to the Milford location over 5 weeks! We got our refunds and will go eyeglass shopping elsewhere. The worst thing: the office manager didn’t even try to keep our business and did not treat us like a healthcare professional should. 1 of 5 stars.

Ever since I’ve been going to them, they have been the most friendless place I have ever been to. The front gal has such a caring spirit that you actually look forward in going there just to get greeted by her.
